Safety, wages, overtime, sick leave, vacation days, pensions, healthcare, paid holidays are just some of the unions accomplishments for not only its workers but workers in general. By gaining these benefits for its workers, other companies HAD TO DO SO AS WELL in order to compete - to build/keep their own work forces - THUS THE MIDDLE CLASS WAS CREATED.  This anti-union movement "RIGHT TO WORK" is to reverse all of what was gained.
