One Negotiator is elected from each division.  They meet with members at department and division meetings in order to have information to draft proposals for negotiations with the Company.

They also research recently negotiated contracts with other bearing and steel companies to judge trends in the industry.

The negotiators participate, with other members of the Bargaining Committee, in contract negotiation meetings with the Company
