Michael Rodabaugh

Michael Rodabaugh is an active member of USW Local 13214 and works at We Soda in the ELDM plant, where he has been employed for over three years. He serves on the Local’s Executive Board as the Outer Guard, a position he was elected to in April 2024. Michael is also active on multiple union committees and is passionate about standing up for working people, keeping members informed, and helping make the union stronger through clear communication and involvement. He is committed to helping members understand their contract, their rights, and the issues that affect their day-to-day work. He believes a strong local starts with informed, united members and works to support that goal however he can.
