A series of regional workshops have been scheduled by the USW International Auditors for the preparation and filing of LM-3, LM-4, 990, 990-N, and 990-EZ forms. If you are an LM-2 filer (annual receipts greater than $250,000 and any Locals who were on strike in 2025), you will be notified at a later date for your seminar.
ALL Locals will be required to file their LM reports electronically. Due to changes in these forms, we strongly urge all Locals to send at least one representative (Financial Secretary) to one of these seminars. If your Local was cancelled/merged, it is still your responsibility to file these terminal reports. If you are the Financial Secretary of an amalgamated Local and you had units amalgamated into the parent Local, it is the responsibility of the parent Local to make sure all of the terminal reports have been filed.
These classes will be the only opportunity that the Auditors will be available to assist each Local in preparing the reports.

March 4 - 5, 2026 -> "Grievance Training - West"
Location: USW International Headquarters, Fourth Floor, located at 60 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
Class: On both days, 9am - 5pm; lunch provided. Bring a copy of your Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Registration Deadline: February 6, 2026, to USW District 10.
Hotel Registration Deadline: To get negotiated rates register by February 8, 2026. The negotiated rates will not be valid past this date. Conveniently located just one block away from the USW building, the Wyndham Grand Downtown Pittsburgh, 600 Commonwealth Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15622. Phone Number: 412-391-4600. Group Rate $199 per night plus tax and fees. Hotel check-in is after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival; check-out is 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

March 9-11, 2026 -> "Rapid Response Coordinator Training"
Location: Hilton Harrisburg, located at One North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, in the Lancaster Room.
Class: Registration will begin at 8:00am on Monday, March 9, 2026, and the training will conclude at noon on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
Registration Deadline: Registration Forms to USW District 10 Office by Monday, February 23, 2026.
REGISTRATION FEE: $100 per person. Checks made payable to: District 10 Education Fund to be included with completed Registration Form.

Use group code 907 to receive the special room rate of $175 per night plus tax and fees. Hotel rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
