My name is Lorraine Hernandez, I have been working in healthcare for 13 years as a monitor technician. I became active within my local 183 in 2020. My first experience was joining as a member of our negotiations committee. Since then I have obtained the position of Local 183 Recording secretary, I run our social media and texting outlets, I completed Women of Steel training, healthy and safety training as well as becoming a steward. I love organizing and I'm committed to making our union stronger in our facility.
