Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller serves as Vice President of USW Local 983, representing workers at Clearwater Paper’s Augusta mill. With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, including 15 years at the Augusta facility, she brings extensive firsthand knowledge of mill operations and the issues affecting hourly employees.

As Vice President, Tracy is focused on strong member representation, contract enforcement, effective communication, workplace fairness, and increasing member involvement. She is committed to ensuring Local 983 members are informed, represented, and have a meaningful voice in their workplace and their union.
