Phillip is a union stewart and grievance officer at Daily's Juice. He has been employed at Daily's for 7 years and is currently a mixer apprentice. Phillip is a valued member of USW 9445 NextGen, Civil Rights committees and a member of the eBoard. When asked about his union involvement Phillip said, "I’m from Florida, unions aren’t common there. This is my first union job and I saw the opportunity to help and makes things better for my union brothers and sisters so I decided to go for it." Phillip spends his spare time kayaking, hiking, and working out at his local gym.
