Important Info - Dependent Eligibility Audit

Cleveland-Cliffs is currently conducting a dependent eligibility audit for Employees throughout the corporation.

It is important that you verify the eligibility of all of your covered dependents.  Please be sure to submit the appropriate documents online or postmark them by September 6, 2024.

If you fail to verify a dependent, there will be an interruption in your dependents Cleveland-Cliffs’ medical, dental and/or vision coverage on September 30, 2024.

By now you should have received a packet in the mail from Cleveland-Cliffs.  If you have not received it, or have questions regarding this, please contact the Dependent Verification service center at 1-877-573-6938.

  • All employees MUST complete this audit by September 6th, 2024.

There are two options to complete this audit:

  • CC Audir QR
  • If you do not have any dependents on your plan, there is nothing you need to do!
  • This audit is separate from Open Enrollment. Your dependents will NOT “default” to your current coverage.

If you have further questions or concerns you may always contact Bill Richardson, Steve Dujmovich, or me at the Union Hall at 219-762-6787.
