2027 Health Awareness Initiative (HAI)

To be eligible for 2027 HRA Funding, you must complete the 2026 HAI (Wellness Exam) between the dates of October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. Please be sure to retain a copy of your sent email once the form has been sent for your records.
