The CATeam exists to reach members in every department, sharing information and getting feedback during bargaining. CATeam members:

• Check in with workers in their area, and make sure everyone has the latest information about bargaining developments
• Take note of questions and feedback to send back to the bargaining committee
• Recruit members to participate in solidarity activities (such as a sticker day) and make sure everyone has their materials
• Your activities happen while you are already at work. Items like flyers are distributed in non-work areas during non-work times, like breaks, meals, and before/after shift
