Kim Kephart

I come from a Union background with several of my family members being current or retired union workers.

I started at Corning Inc. in Corning, NY in February of 2006. I have served 2 years as a Shop Steward, 3 years as Guard on the local’s eBoard and am currently Recording Secretary. I have been involved for years with both WOS and Next Generation. 

I am the USW Local 1000 Next Generation Committee Chair and District 4 Next Generation Southern Tier Regional Coordinator.
