Joe Speciale "The Legend" has retired

The Legend has Retired!

As the sash says, "The Legend has Retired". Congratulations Joe Speciale it has been an honor & a pleasure working with you and serving on the board with you. You are a wealth of knowledge and have taught us all so much over the years from contract negotiations, life experience, your loyalty and selflessness you put forward for the membership, and me personally teaching me job evaluation and all the time working with you side by side at Big Flats. You never once pushed myself or any of our Stewards to a side making us feel like the "newbies" or chuckled about our ideas or thoughts. You guided us, gave us your experiences of what did or didn't work, and took into consideration new ideas and changes. Your 53 years of dedication and loyalty to our membership is definitely to be respected and admired by many. Congratulations Joe!
