Deanna Cavanaugh

I have been a Union member since 2010 and am currently serving as the Recording Secretary. I have previously served on the Local 1000 Executive Board for a 3-year term as a Guard and 2 years as the Guide on the Board. Additionally, I have been shop steward for 5 years at the IDM facility and have recently accepted the Sothern Tier Regional Women of Steel position and hold our Local's Chair position for the USW Local 1000 Women of Steel (WOS) Committee. My goal is to help give our Local a voice and to gain more involvement from members so we can grow in strength and solidarity.
