2022 Open Enrollment

2022 Open Enrollment October 15th thru November 5th 2021

By now you should have received your 2022 open enrollment packet in the mail. If you haven’t, please stop by the hall so we can print one out for you.

If you are not going to make any changes to your medical plan no action is required and your previous year’s elections will remain.

If you are enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Care Plan (CDHP) we strongly suggest that you switch over to the Preferred Provider Organization Plan (PPO) which offers a greater benefit with less out of your pocket. In order to do this, you must fill out the Health Care Eligibility form on page 26 of your Enrollment package before November 5th 2021. If you have questions on the difference between these two plans, please call the hall at (219) 762-6787 so we can explain.

Action is required if you are electing an FSA for health or dependent care.
See page 4 of the enrollment package for more information regarding this topic.

Institute for Career Development (ICD) Dependent Care Match
“Eligible Employees” may voluntarily designate any unused funds otherwise available through the ICD Tuition Reimbursement Program to be matched by their personal contributions to a dependent care FSA Account up to $1,800.  See page 4 of the enrollment package for more information regarding this topic.
