Today, we were notified by the International of the Company’s intent to offer a one-time incentive payment to vaccinated Employees in an effort to limit COVID-19 impact on our facility. This incentive payment program is 100% VOLUNTARY. Whether or not you choose to participate is your personal decision.
Incentive payments will be based on plant-wide participation. The program will run from July 1st through August 21st 2021. At the end of the Program the Company will make one incentive payment to vaccinated Employees based on the participation chart below.
Threshold Percentage | Incentive Payment |
Less than 75% Vaccination Rate | $200 |
75%-84% Facility Vaccination Rate | $1,500 |
85% Facility Vaccination Rate | $3,000 |
In order to be eligible for the incentive payment, you must submit your vaccination documentation by August 21st 2021. To submit your documentation, please take your vaccination card to Employee Services or submit a copy to [email protected]

Vaccinations are a very personal decision. Participation in this program is also personal and should not be a cause for division. I encourage you to make the best decision for you and your family.
