2026 Open Enrollment Notice

• Enrollment Period: October 15 – November 5, 2025
• No action needed if you’re keeping your current medical coverage — your elections will automatically carry over.
• Action required if you plan to:
  • Enroll in or continue a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care or dependent care.
  • Allocate up to $1,800 in unused ICD Tuition funds to be matched toward Dependent Care FSA contributions.
• Recommendation: Employees enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) are encouraged to switch to the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan for broader coverage and lower out-of-pocket costs.
• To make changes, complete and submit the Health Care Enrollment Change Form included in your enrollment packet.
