Today, we would like to highlight Sukhpal Kaur 9445's Women Of Steel chairwoman. Sukhpal is always finding new and exciting ways to raise the bar for her local Women Of Steel chapter. This week Sukhpal and her other union sisters joined together to make twenty care packages for their local women's shelter. Sukhpal has been a member of the USW for 23 years, where she currently works in the Quality Department at the Harvest Hills plant in Verona. When Sukhpal was asked why she's made such an impact she said, "I use all my spare time as a Women Of Steel member to motivate not only the new hires but tenured employees as well."
