Labor Day 2023 Announcement

This Labor Day holiday we ask you to take a moment to be thankful for what unionized labor has accomplished. Since the 1930's the USW has played an active role in changing the lives of so many individuals in the labor movement. Unions have consistently supported working people and their families from health insurance to pensions. Unions are always fighting for workers rights!

"No man can be a good citizen unless he has a wage more than sufficient to cover the bare cost of living, and hours of labor short enough so after his day's work is done he will have time and energy to bear his share in the management of the community, to help in carrying the general load." - Theodore Roosevelt 26th U.S. President
