If you work at Strattec, the attached calendar is for 2022. The dates on the calendar highlighted in yellow are weekends that the Company cannot mandatory us to work overtime. If you want to make plans to do something with your family, you don't have to worry about being forced to work overtime on these weekends.
I will post these on the Union boards, and have copies in the Union Office that you can pick up.
