The meeting will take place from 12:00 - 4:00 pm. 

First shift will be able to leqave work at 11:30 am.

Second shift will be expected to start work at 4:30 pm.

Third shift will start their shift at 12:30 am.

** All members in attendance (a check in list will be provided to the company) will be paid for time missed on the day of the vote provided they meet the above timelines **
