Time:                      1:30 – 2:30 pm

(The vote will be called at 1:50 pm to accommodate travel time back to work)

-         Third shift can have a late start MONDAY night at 11:00 pm

-         First shift will be able to leave work at 1:00 pm

-         Second shift will be able to start work at 3:00 pm

** All members in attendance (a check in list will be provided to the company) will be paid for time missed on the day of the vote provided they meet the above timelines **

Please bring your ratification documents (previous language and economic summaries as well as the final offer letter) as we will have limited extra copies.

For those members with Covid concerns, we will offer an opportunity to vote directly outside of the meeting room where social distancing and masks will be enforced. Members will be able to vote promptly at 1:50 until 2:10 pm.
