Strattec COVID -19 Update 7/10

Another short update this week. The company will be calling back a few people for next week 7/13 but not many. We are getting closer to being fully staffed and back to near full production. The plan is still to have 100% of the workforce returned by 7/27.

We have received many questions regarding attendance and how the layoffs affects your record. Any month where you were not "active" for 15 calendar days is considered inactive. Inactive months do not count towards your 3 clean months of attendance for a point reduction and they also do not count towards your 12 month rolling calendar. This means every month you are inactive lengthens for rolling calendar. We are encouraging members to reach out with questions regarding attendance and to request your attendance record to make sure it is accurate and you understand your points level.
