RED BOOK UPDATE: Bargaining was tough today. Essentia continues to demand "flexibility" on a host of things that would negatively effect our members. They are pushing for "sole discretion" on how you will be assigned and scheduled. And they are also still failing to provide us with requested information that we need for drafting our proposals.
The Negotiating Committee will be holding a facebook live video update next Thursday evening. Stay tuned for info on how to log in. And we're also going to be holding an in-person update meeting on June 22 at 5:15pm in the basement of the Duluth Labor Temple.
