New Steward Training

Local 9460 is going to be doing a new steward training on November 2. If you're interested in becoming a union steward, email us at usw9460@gmail.com. It will be a day long training that we'll request that you get off of work for, and then compensate your wages. Our goal is to have at least one steward in every department at every worksite - but even if you're department already has a steward, there is no limit on how many you can have. It's a great way to learn not only what your rights are, but also how to be an advocate for your co-workers.
