Ratification Vote for Red Book TA on Monday

The ratification vote for the Essentia Health Red Book Tentative Agreement is all set for this coming Monday.  You can vote in Duluth or Superior.  6:30am to 6:30pm at the Miller-Dwan Auditorium or 6:30am to 5pm at the EH Superior Community Room.  Negotiating Committee members will be on hand at each voting site to try and answer any questions that you have.

See the attached updated TA & Wage Grid below with the following updates:

• Included a list of inactive job titles that will be removed from the wage grid (on the Final T/A Letter)
• Deleted the vacation bank cap change from the final T/A and the contract language, replaced it with a new LOU about postponing that change until next contract
• Updated the vacation language that caused the clerical error  - the accrual chart now differentiates between the annual accrual amount (for full time) vs. associated vacation bank maximums (at the current 2.5x rate)
• Corrected a small typo in the wage grids that were noticed
