Red Book Negotiations Update #3

We want to update you on our progress from this past week in negotiations. We continue to push back against Essentia’s proposed cross-facility language that they are attempting to include in our contract.

Our team presented multiple alternative approaches and clearly explained why this language does not belong in our agreement. Despite these efforts, there has been little movement from Essentia on this issue.

We remain firm in protecting our contract and will continue advocating for language that supports our members and working conditions.

Our next negotiation days will be June 9th, 10th, and 11th where we are hoping to start on our economic proposals.
