Red Book Tentative Agreement Ratified

The Red Book Contract, which covers Essentia Health tech workers based in the Twin Ports, passed at the ratification vote this past Monday.  The vote was super close.  Thank you to the Negotiating Committee and the Communication & Action Team for their hard work.  And a special thank you to all of our members who turned out for our informational picket and other actions, and who came to vote. The company and the union will now do what is called "red lining" ~ where we go through the language to make sure there aren't any typos or other errors.  And then we will be putting it up online as well and printing some hard copies.  Solidarity!
