Regional Clinics Negotiation Update

We are in the midst of contract negotiations between the union and Essentia Health regarding the Regional Clinics (Ashland, Hayward, Spooner, Hibbing and Ely).  So far Essentia Health has been offering us only minimal wage increases. And on top of that they are pushing for language that would allow cross facility cooperation. That is something that would open the door to non-union folks coming to our sites and doing our work. We are very frustrated by how things have gone so far. Our next negotiation date will be June 24. Stay strong and stay tuned for further updates!
