Regional Clinics Negotiations Update #2

We met with Essentia this week for Regional Clinic contract negotiations. Despite having been very far apart on wages up until now, we did make some progress.  We hope that movement continues!  However we’re still not interested in Essentia’s proposal for “cross facility collaboration”.  This would open the door to our members not only being sent to other sites, but also non-union folks doing our work.  We’ll continue the fight.  Our next meeting with the company will be on July 1.
