We Now Have an Online Option for Union Membership Meetings!

We are excited to announce that beginning in 2026 our members will have the option to join our monthly membership meetings remotely through Zoom.  This new option is designed to facilitate greater accessibility and involvement, especially for our members who live outside of the Twin Ports.

The first meeting we will be rolling this remote option out on will be on our January 20th meeting.

Rules for online participation:

· Sign in 10-15 minutes early for verification

· Remain in the online waiting room until you’re verified;

· Maintain respectful conduct throughout the meeting;

· Keep microphones muted unless you’re recognized to speak;

· Use the chat feature responsibly;

· Do not share the zoom link outside of our union;

· Camera must be left on during the meeting for verification;

No video, audio or screen recording is allowed.

How to register:

To attend our membership meetings remotely email usw9460@gmail.com with your full name, you job title, employer, home email address and your phone number.

By registering you’re acknowledging and agreeing to follow all of the rules outlined above.  We will email you the link to the meeting once you have finished registering.
