Women of Steel District Meeting

The next District 11 WIM’N-KOTA Women’s Council meeting will be on Friday, August 16, 2019 beginning at 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided.

Local 1938 will be hosting the meeting at their hall located at:

Local 1938 403 1st Street North Virginia, Minnesota, 55792 

We will be taking a tour of the USS Minntac plant. Long pants and fully enclosed shoes (steel toes if possible) are required for the tour.

These Council meetings are not restricted to women; however, local unions are encouraged to seek out females who are involved in the local’s WOS committee and reflect the diversity of our Union, as well as to develop the potential in member’s not currently active.
