C.A.T. is the Communication and Action Team.
The purpose of this committee is to relay infomation from the Bargaining Committee to the membership and then report feedback back to the Bargaining Committee. The committee was formed prior to the 2018 contract negotiations. The C.A.T. members are also called upon for various action items between negotiations such as Rapid Response or other important items through the years.
