We have received a request from Sarah Colton, a graduate student at Laurentian University, who is conducting her thesis under Dr.Josée Turcotte and Dr. Bruce Oddson.  They are running an online research project investigating job fit and satisfaction and are looking for Northern Ontario workers to complete the survey.

At the current time, they have an excess of management worker responses and they are looking for a more accurate picture by encouraging workers to complete the survey.

It is important to note that the team will not share specific employee responses from the survey.  Answers are entirely confidential and no identifying information is attached to your response.
