I am Joe Speciale, I have 49 years of service, I was American Flint Glass Workers for 30 years and became a USW Local 1000 Union member in 2003. I am Division 1 Union Exec of the Big Flats Plant. I have been the Exec of Big Flats for 30 plus years, and a Union Steward for several years before becoming Exec. I am very passionate about our membership and fighting for their rights. I care about our members and represent to my fullest ability.
