USW Offers Scholarships to Children & Grandchildren of Members

Below you will find information provided by District 6 Health & Safety Coordinator Sylvia Boyce, including links to the David Ellis scholarship information pages on the USW National Office website.

There will be five scholarships of $500  each to be awarded in each Canadian USW District. These funds are to help selected high school students continue their education at university, college or another educational institution

Please note: Submissions for the 2021 David Ellis scholarship will only be accepted by email and must be received no later than June 30, 2021.  Essays (in MS Word or PDF format) or links to YouTube videos may be sent to dellis_scholarship@usw.ca.

The winners will be notified by August 15, 2020.
