Employment Tax Forms Before you can receive a paycheck from the USW Local 348 to reimburse you for expenses or lost work time while on union business, you must completely fill out the I9 and W4 forms attached to this page. Lost Time & Expense Forms For general expenses, open attached Expense Form (fillable/printable Excel sheet, with pdf example) 2024 IRS Mileage is 67 cents per mile (will calculate automatically) If your expenses will be covered “per diem” instead of by listing each expense specifically, the 2024 rate is $71 per day, and $41.50 on the last day of a multi-day event. For a 3-day event, list $71 for the first day, $71 for the second day, $41.50 for the third day.
