Jacqui has been employed at JFS since December 2012, starting at Human Services, then transferring to Child Support in 2015. She became active in the Union, starting out as Guide, then shortly after, Recording Secretary position in 2018 and now Treasurer. She was one of the first members of CAT, is the co-chair of New Hire and Mentoring (which includes the Organizing Committee) and is involved in Women of Steel.

Jacqui grew up in Stark County, and has spent much of her life living in the area. She has been married to her husband Bradd since 2015, who she is also in a band with, and loves to sing and play the ukulele. She also has a son Daniel who was born in 2018. Jacqui is passionate about human and civil rights, and supports activism, marching in parades and participating in charity events. She is an elder in her affirming church, an ordained minister and advocates for equity and equality.
