Over the past few months, the USW Local 9187 Women of Steel (WOS) Committee held a collection drive for the Domestic Violent Project, Inc. (DVPI). The WOS would like to thank all of the individuals who donated items to the drive for DVPI. The participation in the event was overwhelming. As always, our members and their family and friends went above and beyond what was expected to make this drive a success. 

          The WOS committee has chosen to support DVPI for the remainder of 2021 and through 2022. You never know when you or a member of your family may be in a place of needing assistance. The WOS have decided to dedicate the next few years to assisting those who made the hardest decision in their life. The little things that we can assist DVPI with to ensure the basic needs of those requesting services from them are greatly appreciated so they can focus on other areas of assistance.
