the Northland's leading healthcare workers union
United Steelworkers Local 9460 represent healthcare workers at over a dozen workplaces, from the Chequamegon Bay to the Iron Range, from Pine City to Ely, and everywhere in between. We came together and organized this union in 2000 so that healthcare workers in our region could have a voice. Since our founding, we have successfully fought for and won higher wages, benefits and working conditions for thousands of workers. And we're just getting started!
