From Your 2024 USW Bargaining Committee
Good day Brothers, Sisters and Union Family,
We have tabulated the surveys and prioritized the items that you the membership have mandated. This mandate will be our standard going forward at the bargaining table for our future talks with the company. The committee meets with the company next week to start our non-monetary talks.
Thank you to all that attended the departmental meetings during last week and gave more information for the mandate. Moving forward we will continue having open meetings to keep communication open with you.
We will continue to have a presence in the workplace during negotiations, furthering conversations about the bargaining process. Insuring you the members are being heard and have a voice. It important to remember that you are the union and together we will make a better future for all.
**A reminder that next week on July 17, 2024 at 7:00pm is the USW monthly membership meeting at the Union Hall.**
