2020 2nd Quarter Profit Sharing

The 9/1/18 United Steelworkers Basic Labor Agreement (BLA) provides for a profit-sharing pool of 7.5% of the company’s profits, defined as Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT).  The company reported an unaudited Adjusted EBIT of ($-242,359,718.38).

WARN Notice Clarification

There is some confusion regarding the WARN notice for our plant posted on the in.gov webpage. The site shows approximately 650 represented employees affected by layoff. Please understand, the Company was required to issue a WARN notice when they began layoffs in April.

LMP Update #15
