The 9th Annual USW Hockey Tournament was held March 28th, 2018 to April 6th, 2018.
After a long battle to the Steelworkers Cup, the T1 Timberdogs came out on top, defeating the City Slickers 7 to 6 after a back and forth game, which ended in Overtime. In the 3rd place game, the T1 Oilers defeated the Birchtree Hooligans 9 to 5. And in the consolation game, The Refinery Heat defeated the Smelter Rats, 7 to 3.
USW 6166 would like to thank long time activist, and new retiree, Torrance Sukhbir for his time and effort in setting up and running the tournament.
