IF YOU SEE A CONTRACTOR IN THE MILL THAT YOU SUSPECT IS DOING BARGAINING UNIT WORK PLEASE REPORT IT. THIS WORK WILL BE LOOKED INTO BY THE CONTRACTING OUT COMMITTEE. THEY WILL VERIFY IF THAT WORK IS APPROVED OR NOT.
